Congratulations to the Okotoks Dawgs summer collegiate team on winning the WCBL Champjonship!

In the inaugural year of the newly named Western Canadian Baseball League, the Dawgs defeated the Regina Red Sox by a score of 8-6 in front of 4,000 plus fans at Seaman Stadium to capture the championship.

This is the fourth championship the Dawgs have won since moving to Okotoks, and fifth for the organization total.
