The Dawgs 15U Black won the Langley Blaze Bantam Invitational with a convincing 7-0 victory over the Delta Tigers on Monday.

Karter Andersen got the start on the mound for the Dawgs, and threw a complete game shut-out. Andersen was dominant, allowing only four hits while striking out eight and walking zero.

The offensive onslaught by the Dawgs was led by Max Hartman, Conor Pote, Joey Gagnon, and Ben Hoshizaki, all driving in runs in the game.

Cole Carroll, Conor Pote, Luke Wilson, Spencer Shannon, Russell Mattson, Ben Hoshizaki, Max Hartman, Jack Lines, and Jose Nunezeach managed to collect hits for the Dawgs.

Defensively, 15U Black was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error in the game.

Russell Mattson - caught 24 innings in the tournament and threw out 3 of 5 base runners
