The Okotoks Dawgs Academy is pleased to announce that Academy Coach, Val Helldobler, has officially signed a contract to be an associate scout with the Atlanta Braves organization.

For the past several months, Coach Helldobler has been in communication with Atlanta Braves Area Scout, Cody Martin, and helping provide reports for players in the Academy and other programs.

Coach Helldobler will help the Braves organization in scouting Western Canada and tournaments that the Dawgs 18U Black will be attending each season.
